Coach’s job is an extremely important and difficult task. For a young player, it is the coach who very often becomes the biggest authority. Having in mind, how great responsibility rests on the coaches’ shoulders, we chose the best ones for our Polish Soccer Skills’ staff, that is, those who are able not only to teach, but also to raise the players. We chose those who know that football can be a beautiful life lesson and that the most important match in every player’s life will take place outside the field.

Polish Soccer Skills’ coach is very well prepared to do his job. He represents a high level of competency, based on knowledge acquired during numerous  trainings and workshops as well as through experience. His job is his passion which brings in a lot of enthusiasm and engagement into all the tasks. He enthuses players with his love to football because he knows that if they want to achieve success, they need to love what they do. He helps changing their dreams into goal and setting a plan for their realisation. He constantly raises the bar, demanding not only from them, but also from himself. He knows that the Olympic motto „Citius, Altius, Fortius” means “Faster, higher, stronger” and refers solely to ourselves, that is why he encourages the players to compare themselves to yesterday version of them and not to their peer players. He inspires, shows direction, change difficulties into challenges. He ask more questions than give statements. He listens to what the player says, taking care of what the player does not want to say directly. He knows that mistakes are an occasion for developing the skills, that is why he allows players to make them. A lost match is another lesson, not failure.

Polish Soccer Skills’ Coach is a Superhero for the player. He has a great power of influence and uses it very carefully, because he knows that a power this great is also a great responsibility.
