During almost a weekly camp, the adepts of football spend the majority of their time learning the foundations of the game. 75% of the day is dedicated to trainings which aim is to help the players excel in their clubs. Each one of the exercises influences different aspects of the game, for example while practising technique, player gains additional tactical skills. Apart from tactical and technical classes, the Representatives have meetings with a mental coach, FMS tests, FitLight, Inbody, swimming pool and stretching.
