PSS U11 and U12 teams in Barcelona

The U11 and U12 teams were the first to compete abroad and they conquered Barcelona :) We hope that the experience gathered during the trip will be fruitful in the future :) We would like to thank the teams for their commitment and hard work :)

Monday at the training camp passed very quickly. The players started the day with a training session, during which they worked on their tactics for the evening match. Unfortunately, in the matches against CE Europe, both the U11 and U12 teams were a bit inferior to their peers. The game looked good however at the end of the match the players were really tired. On Tuesday, our players had another training sessions during the meeting in Barcelona. They worked on those elements that they failed the day before in the exhibition match. The time before the next match was devoted to the integration of the team and visiting the area. In the evening, the time came for the most anticipated matches - against RCD Espanyol. The matches were held at the Espanyol training centre, which bears the name of a footballer of this team - Daniel Jorque - who died. The playing style of our teams was really nice but the results were not as our players wished for. The U11 team lost, and the U12 team drew, although it was winning most of the match. However, the results are a secondary matter, the most important is the valuable experience that the players certainly gained in those matches. On Wednesday, the players started the day with a training session just like before and after lunch they went to see the city. In the evening we played another friendly matches. The last opponents at the camp in Barcelona were Villa Olimpica teams. Both the U11 and the U12 teams were victorious, which definitely improved the mood of our players. Before the departure our players visited Camp Nou :)
