Secure Cancellation and Reservation Change Option
The purchase of the secure cancellation and reservation change option grants the right to a refund of the amount paid for a Polish Soccer Skills (PSS) camp or to transfer the paid amount to another PSS activity, in the event of withdrawal from participation in the camp.
The price of the secure cancellation and reservation change option is PLN 100 for domestic events and PLN 200 for international events.
The secure cancellation and reservation change option may only be purchased at the time of making the reservation. It is not possible to purchase this option at a later date.
Under the secure cancellation option, a refund of the amount paid for a PSS camp shall be granted in the event of withdrawal from participation in the camp in the following cases:
a. Sudden illness of the camp participant preventing participation in the camp, reported no later than on the camp start date, based on appropriate medical documentation submitted to the Foundation without delay;
b. A sudden unforeseen event affecting the life or health of the participant’s immediate family member, occurring directly prior to the camp start date, based on appropriate medical documentation submitted to the Foundation without delay;
c. Sudden illness of the camp participant preventing continuation of participation in the camp, reported by the Foundation to the parents/legal guardians, with a proportional deduction corresponding to the actual period of participation in the camp;
d. A sudden unforeseen event affecting the life or health of the participant’s immediate family member occurring during the participant’s stay at the camp, based on appropriate medical documentation submitted to the Foundation without delay, with a proportional deduction corresponding to the actual period of participation in the camp.
The Foundation shall transfer the amount paid for a PSS camp in the event of withdrawal from participation in the camp in the following cases:
a. An event other than those specified in section 4, preventing participation in the camp, reported to the Foundation no later than the day preceding the camp start date — transfer to a selected Foundation camp taking place within 12 months from the date of the original camp;
b. An event other than those specified in section 4, preventing participation in the camp, reported to the Foundation no later than the day preceding the camp start date — transfer of the amount to another participant designated by the Client, provided that the designated participant meets all formal requirements for participation in a PSS camp.
Both refunds and transfers of funds shall be made after deduction of the fee paid for the secure cancellation and reservation change option.
Clients entitled to a refund pursuant to section 4 may, instead of a refund, request a transfer of the paid amount to another PSS camp taking place within 12 months from the date of the original camp.
A withdrawal request, together with: the reason for withdrawal, documents confirming the stated reason, the selected option (refund or transfer), participant details, and in the case of a refund, the bank account number for reimbursement, must be sent to info@soccerskills.pl.
The purchase of the secure cancellation and reservation change option constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
