Information on the processing of your personal data
We hereby inform You that we process Your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. L. of 2016, No. 119, p. 1, as amended) - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR". Details regarding this can be found below.

Poniatowskiego 1, 03-901 Warsaw (PGE National Stadium), entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw. Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000428298, NIP: 7010350314, REGON: 146236821-0025 (hereinafter referred to as: "We" or "Soccer Skills").

Where do we get your data from?
You provided it to us when entering into a contract, creating a profile, filling out an application or contact form.
What is the purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data by Soccer Skills?
We process your personal data because it is necessary to provide services and perform the contract concluded with you (Article 6, paragraph b of the GDPR), including:
• enabling the provision of the service electronically and full use of the Polish Soccer Skills system (hereinafter: "System");
• setting up and managing your account, providing support for your account and resolving technical problems;
• handling the applications you send to us (e.g. via the contact form);
• contacting you, including for purposes related to the provision of services;
• making reservations for sports camps;
• conducting sports camps;
• conducting training for a licensed Soccer Skills PRO Coach;
• issuing a Soccer Skills PRO Coach license.
We are required by law to process your data for tax and accounting purposes (Article 6, paragraph c, GDPR).
In addition, we process your personal data for the purposes indicated below, based on the legitimate interest of Soccer Skills (Article 6, paragraph f of the GDPR), which is:
• monitoring your activity and that of all other users;
• ensuring the security of the services we provide to you electronically, including enforcing compliance with Soccer Skills' internal rules and counteracting fraud and abuse;
• conducting research and analysis, including in terms of the functionality of the System, improving the operation of services and estimating the main needs of users;
• handling your requests submitted via the contact form, in a situation where they are not directly related to the performance of the contract;
• organizing loyalty programs, competitions and promotional campaigns in which you can participate;
• properly conducting football training and coaching as part of the offered products;
• properly conducting sports development, taking into account physical and health conditions;
• storing data for archiving purposes and ensuring accountability (demonstrating our compliance with the obligations arising from the provisions of the law);
If You agree to this, we process your personal data on the basis of Article 6, paragraph a of the GDPR for the purpose of:
• saving data in cookies, collecting data from websites and mobile applications;
• organising competitions and promotional campaigns in which you can participate;
• sending a newsletter;
• presenting Your achievements;
• presenting Your membership in Soccer Skills or obtaining the title of a licensed Soccer Skills PRO Coach on the website www.soccerskills.pl.
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time in the same manner as you expressed it. We will process Your personal data until you withdraw Your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Are you required to provide us with your personal data?
We require that You provide only the personal data that is necessary for You to enter into an agreement with us and perform it. For this purpose, You will be required to provide the following data:
• to book a place at a sports camp: first name and surname, date of birth, PESEL number, citizenship, gender, address of residence, height, position on the pitch, type and number of an identity document and its expiry date, including the data of the parent/legal guardian: first name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number;
• to participate in training to become a licensed trainer: first name and surname, date of birth, address of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, height, size of the outfit, type of coaching qualifications, club affiliation;
• to register in the System: first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, gender, address of residence, e-mail address, telephone number, height, position on the pitch, shoe size, club, name and surname of the parent/legal guardian, their e-mail address, telephone number and address of residence.
If for some reason You do not provide this personal data, we will not be able to enter into an agreement with You or provide services to You. If required by law, we may require You to provide other data necessary, e.g. for accounting or tax reasons. Apart from these cases, providing Your data is voluntary.
Your rights towards Soccer Skills in terms of data processing?
We ensure that all your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data are met. In connection with this, you have the following rights:
1. The right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of such data;
2. The right to request rectification (correction) of personal data – if the data is incorrect or incomplete;
3. The right to request deletion of personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten") – if:
a. the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
b. the data subject has objected to the processing of the data;
c. the data subject has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for processing;
d. the data is processed unlawfully;
e. the data must be deleted in order to fulfill an obligation arising from the provisions of law;
4. The right to request restriction of the processing of personal data – if:
a. the data subject questions the accuracy of the personal data;
b. the processing of data is unlawful and the data subject objects to the deletion of the data, requesting instead their restriction;
c. the Administrator no longer needs the data for its purposes, but the data subject needs them to establish, defend or pursue claims;
d. the data subject has objected to the processing of the data – until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the Administrator override the grounds for the objection;
5. The right to transfer personal data – in the event that:
a. the processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement concluded with the data subject or on the basis of the consent expressed by such person;
6. The right to object to the processing of personal data, including profiling, when:
a. there are reasons related to Your special situation and
b. the processing of data is based on the basis of necessity for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
You also have the right to file a complaint in relation to Our processing of Your personal data with the supervisory authority, which is: General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (address: General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw).
How long do we keep Your personal data?
We keep Your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with You and the provision of electronic services, and after their termination, for the purposes of:
- pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract;
- fulfilling obligations arising from legal regulations, including in particular tax and accounting;
- preventing of abuse and fraud;
- statistical and archiving purposes;
- for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract.
For the purpose of accountability, i.e. to prove compliance with the provisions on the processing of personal data, we will retain the data for the period during which Soccer Skills is obliged to retain the data or the documents containing it for the purpose of documenting compliance with legal requirements and enabling public authorities to monitor compliance.
With whom do we share Your personal data?
We may share Your personal data with the following categories of entities:
- subcontractors, i.e. entities we use for processing, i.e. accounting, IT, consultancy, law firms;
- entities within our group;
- business partners;
- entities carrying out tasks resulting from legal regulations;
- persons who perform activities for us on the basis of a contract of employment or civil law contracts (e.g. trainers).
Do we transfer Your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Do we process Your personal data automatically in a way that affects your rights?
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner.
