Privacy Policy – Polish Soccer Skills Tours Overseas

Sending the Participant’s registration for a tour overseas is tantamount to acceptance of the protection of privacy policy specified below. The Parents/Guardians should read the Privacy Policy in force every time they send the Participant on a tour. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not use services provided by the Polish Soccer Skills Foundation.

We pay much attention to the protection of the confidentiality of information concerning the Participants of tours overseas and also their Parents/Guardians. After the Participant’s registration for a tour overseas is made, the Parents/Guardians are asked to provide some personal data of the Participant and eventually of themselves through completing a form.

In the Participant’s profile, the Polish Soccer Skills Foundation and the Soccer Skills Sp. z o. o. collect only information provided voluntarily by the Participant and their Parents/Guardians on their own accord, if the information concerns them. Passing the information about the Participant contained in the tour participant card takes place in order to ensure the Participant’s safety and health during the trip. The personal data of the Participant and their Parents/Guardians will be passed on to the camp counselors and the tour manager. Those people will have custody of the Participant during the tour. All personal data provided by the Participant and/or their Parents/Guardians during (or after) the registration of the Participant’s participation in the tour overseas will be, therefore, used by the Polish Soccer Skills Foundation, as the Organizer of the tour overseas, to provide its services properly and by the Soccer Skills Sp. z o. o. as the administrator of the website www.soccerskills.pl as well as for statistical purposes (e.g. information entered under the heading “birth date”).Personal data in the tour Participants’ database will not be made available to third parties.

The Polish Soccer Skills Foundation, as the organizer of tours overseas, is the administrator of the personal data of the Participants of the Polish Soccer Skills camps and tours overseas, as well as the Soccer Skills Sp. z o. o. as the administrator of the website www.soccerskills.pl. Edition of the registration data may take place after the Participant and their Parents/Guardians sent a new tour participant card with personal data after the change.

Providing information in the tour participant card is not voluntary. The range and content of the personal data provided by the Participant and their Parents/Guardians in the tour participant card are defined by the regulation of the Minister of National Education respecting the conditions to be met by the organizers of holidays for school-age children and youth and the rules of the organization and supervision of those of 21 January 1997 (Dz.U. 1997/12, item. 67 as amended). The resolution adopted on the basis on Article 92a, Section 2 of the Act of 7 September 1991on the Education System (Dz.U. 1996/67, item. 496 as amended). Providing required personal data arises from Paragraph 10, Section 1of the Resolution mentioned above (“Holiday participants, in order to take part in holiday, hand over application forms to the Organizer of the holiday”). This regulation does not say that the participants “may” hand over tour participant cards. The Resolution puts this responsibility on the participants. This responsibility arises from Paragraph 9 Section 1 of the Resolution, which establishes that the holiday organizer is obliged to provide safe and hygienic environment to the holiday participants during the holiday. The Organizer takes responsibility for the Participants’ health and safe return from holiday, thus they must be given information about all the possible health problems and also other kinds of information required by the Minister of National Education.

Providing reliable and truthful personal information required in the camp/tour participant card is an essential condition of the Participant’s participation in the tour overseas (that information is indispensable).

The tour Participant’s and their Parents/Guardians personal data contained in camp/tour participant card and in the registration form will be processed and used within the scope indispensable for tour organization, security and protection of the Participant’s health during the trip, and after the trip is finished for insurance purposes and in relation to the Organizer’s tax settlements.

Accuracy of collected personal data:

Every Participant and their Parents/Guardians has the right of access to the personal data they sent and also the right to correct the information they sent (the right may be put into use through sending revised tour participant card).

Every Participant and their Parents/Guardians has the right to demand omission of processing of the personal data provided by them (the right may be put into use through demanding elimination of personal data from the tour participant card). Demanding omission of processing results in elimination of the personal data of the Participant and their Parents/Guardians from the form of tour participant card (it is possible also in the case of the personal data corrected during the edition of the tour participant card). Whereby the Participant’s further participation in the tour in such an event will be impossible and the Participant’s Parents/Guardians will be obliged to pick up the tour Participant on the day of erasing their personal data. This result occurs because the tour Organizer cannot provide security and health protection to the tour Participant without possessing accurate personal data, documents and information on the tour Participant.

Unannounced messages

The Organizer reserves the right, according to Article 23, Section 1, Point 5, to send unannounced messages to the people whose personal data have been collected thanks to the tour organization.
