I. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the provision of services via the website https://soccerskills.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

2. The User must read and accept these Terms and Conditions before using the Website.

3. The Service Provider is the Polish Soccer Skills Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw at al. Księcia J. Poniatowskiego 1, 03-901 Warsaw (PGE National Stadium), entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000428298, NIP: 7010350314, REGON: 146236821-0025

4. The Personal Data Administrator (PDA) is the Polish Soccer Skills Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw at al. Księcia J. Poniatowskiego 1, 03-901 Warsaw (PGE National Stadium), entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000428298, NIP: 7010350314, REGON: 146236821-0025. ADO is responsible for the processing of personal data of website users in accordance with applicable law and the principles set out in the Privacy Policy.

 

II. Definitions

1. Website – website https://soccerskills.pl/, operated by the Service Provider.

2. Service – services provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the Website.

3. Service Provider – the Polish Soccer Skills Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw

4. Service Recipient / User – a person using the Services available on the Website.

5. Personal Data Administrator (PDA) – the Polish Soccer Skills Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw, which is the administrator of personal data processed via the Website.

6. Product - a service available via the Website (camp, summer camp, training, other types of trips or activities) that is the subject of the Agreement between the Service Provider and the Service Recipient.

 

III. Type and Scope of Services

 

Electronic services are available via the Website, including:

1. User Account – Electronic Service, enabling registration and logging in to access personalized functions of the Website, including, among others, camp reservation history.

Using the User Account is possible after the Service Recipient completes the Registration Form and sends the completed Registration Form using the tools provided by the Service Provider. The User Account Electronic Service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period. The Service Recipient has the option, at any time and without giving a reason, to delete the Account (resign from the Account) using the tools provided by the Service Provider or by sending an appropriate request to the Service Provider, including via e-mail or in writing.

 

2. Contact Forms – Electronic Service, an interactive form available on the Website, enabling the Service Recipient to send the Service Provider inquiries or opinions about the Products and to contact the Service Provider on matters concerning the operation of the Website and Electronic Services.

Using Contact Forms requires the Service Recipient to complete the relevant Contact Form and send the completed Contact Form using the tools provided by the Service Provider.

 

3. Application Form – Electronic Service, an interactive form available on the Website enabling the submission of an application for a camp or other Product offered by the Service Provider.

Using the Application Form requires the Service User to complete the Application Form and send the completed Application Form using the tools provided by the Service User. Sending the completed Application Form and confirmation of the camp reservation by the Service Provider involves the obligation to pay the price for the selected Product.

The electronic Service of the Application Form is provided free of charge and is a one-time service and terminates at the time of submission of the Application Form or at the time of early termination of submission of the Application Form by the Service Recipient.

 

4. Newsletter – Electronic Service, electronic distribution service provided by the Service Provider via e-mail on the terms specified in the Privacy Policy, which enables all Service Recipients using it to automatically receive from the Service Provider cyclical content of subsequent editions of the Newsletter containing, among others, information about Products, news and promotions on the Website.

 

The Service Recipient has the option to subscribe to the Newsletter, among others, during the submission of the Application, by indicating marketing consent or via the Newsletter subscription form available on the Website.

 

IV. General Principles of Using the Services

1. The Services on the Website are provided free of charge. The cost associated with using this Service is the cost that the Service Recipient incurs in order to connect to the server on which the Website is located. The amount of the cost depends on the duration of the connection and the tariff applied by the Internet access service provider used by the Service Recipient.

2. Using the Services on the Website is voluntary, however, without using some of them (e.g. filling out the Application Form) it will not be possible to order Products.

3. The Service is started when the Service Recipient initiates the first activity in the Service.

4. The User is obliged to use the Services in accordance with the law and the rules of social coexistence.

5. The Service Recipient using the Service is not allowed to use the Service to conduct business activities, in particular those that are contrary to the law or good customs.

6. When using the Service, it is prohibited to:

a) take any action aimed at interfering with the Service software;

b) undertaking IT or other activities aimed at obtaining information not intended for the Service Recipient;

c) provide content of an unlawful nature, i.e. violating applicable laws, rules of social coexistence or personal rights of third parties, in particular it is prohibited to provide content violating copyrights, personal data, defamatory, pornographic or inciting violence.

d) send or place unsolicited commercial information in the Service;

e) using expressions of a discriminatory nature.

7. Detailed rules for purchasing Products offered on the Website and their implementation are specified in separate documents (including the "Regulations of the Polish Soccer Skills Domestic Camps").

 

V. Technical Conditions for Using the Website

1. In order to use the Service correctly and fully, Service Recipients should have:

  • Active connection to the Internet with a bandwidth of at least 2 Mbps.
  • The latest versions of web browsers (Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari) with cookies and JavaScript support enabled.

2. The Website uses SSL encryption to secure transmitted data.

3. User login mechanisms include login and password authentication.

4. In the event of service work that may affect the availability of the Website, the Service Provider undertakes to inform Users in advance.

 

VI. Conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of electronic services

 

1. The contract for the provision of electronic services is concluded when the Service Recipient correctly completes the dedicated form and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. By sending the Registration Form or the Application Form, the Service Recipient declares that:

a. the data provided therein is complete and consistent with the actual state of affairs,

b. he is authorized to conclude an agreement for the provision of services by electronic means,

c. the data provided by him does not violate any rights of third parties,

d. he has read the Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them.

3. The Service Provider, after receiving a correctly completed Registration Form, will create a unique User Account for the Service Recipient within the Website, with the name being the e-mail address provided by the Service Recipient.

4. The Service Recipient gains access to the User Account using their e-mail address and access password. The Service Recipient is obliged not to disclose the access password to any third party and is solely liable for damage caused as a result of its disclosure.

5. If consent is given when completing the Registration Form, information about previous Products ordered by the Service User using the e-mail address provided in the Registration Form will be imported to the User Account.

6. The Service Recipient has the right to terminate the agreement for the provision of the User Account Service by deleting their Account in the manner described in point III, paragraph 1 of these Terms and Conditions.

7. The Service Provider has the right to terminate the agreement for the provision of Services by electronic means and delete the User Account in the following cases:

a. the Service Recipient breaches the essential provisions of the Terms and Conditions,

b. the Service Recipient posts content that is inconsistent with applicable law,

c. the Service Recipient uses the Service contrary to its intended purpose,

d. the Service Recipient deletes the e-mail account that was used to set up the User Account.

 

VII. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

1. The Personal Data Administrator (PDA) is the "Polish Soccer Skills Foundation" with its registered office in Warsaw.

 

2. Personal data are processed for purposes related to the implementation of the Services described in the Terms and Conditions, such as, among others, registration of the User Account, reservation of the Product via the Application Form, providing access to the Website and technical support.

3. The Service Recipient has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing and transfer data.

VII. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Services should be sent to the following e-mail address: info@soccerskills.pl

2. The complaint should include the first name, last name, e-mail address and a description of the situation to which the complaint relates.

3. The Service Provider undertakes to consider the complaint within 30 business days from the date of its receipt.

 

VIII. Changes to Terms and Conditions

1.The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, such as changes in the law, decisions of administrative authorities, introduction of new functionalities or technological changes.

2. The Service Provider will inform the Service Recipients of any change to the Terms and Conditions through the Website www.soccerskills.pl

 

IX. Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of services by electronic means.

2. These regulations shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the Website.
