    Playing football develops many beneficial functions and features for the organism such as reflex, sense of observation and a very important one - capacity for anticipating. Motor features are changing as well and improve results of endurance, agility and speed tests. It is worth pointing out that each form of physical activity gives emotional relaxation and eases getting rid of negative emotions. In this case, football is also beneficial for mental health. A football pitch is a place where one cannot complain about boredom. Surely, this attracts crowds of football fans looking for excitement.
